ignite your body + quiet your mind

—Part of The New Dharma’s Illumination Series

Have you reached a practice plateau? Are you going through the motions of your vinyasa practice? Are you so good at your practice that you are — c’mon admit it — phoning it in on the mat? On a macro or micro scale, are you feeling disembodied and disempowered?

You are ready for a profoundly integrated approach to your physical and mental practice.  Recognize that YOU are the engine behind your practice — and your life! Yoga is not an external layer that is placed on you.  It is a tool for deep ignition within your body and your mind.

Come deep dive with this dynamic mother/daughter teaching team as Kat and Sayer share decades of their personal exploration to committed yoga practice.  Kat started her practice when she was pregnant with Sayer. 27 years later, they are thought leaders and paradigm shifters in the field of Modern Postural Yoga, bringing the practice back to its essence, updated for the modern yogi.  Using the most advanced techniques in alignment, movement theory and kinesiology combined with scholarship in the fields of Eastern Indian philosophy and Non-dual Saiva Tantra, Sayer and Kat bring a unique and powerful teaching methodology to their classes, workshops and trainings.

WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM THIS ILLUMINATION PROGRAM:

  • An ignited, empowered, embodied approach to your yoga practice

  • Alignment tools and body dynamics to up-level your asana (postures)

  • Simple, do-able meditation techniques to quiet your mind

  • An introduction to basic Tantrik philosophy, the “tools that aid” in daily life

  • Skills to create your own 20 minute basic daily yoga practice

  • Includes bright, light lunches to tighten up your nutrition and feed your yoga body

  • Quality time with an incredible sangha (community) of like-minded yoginis

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registering for this program is a commitment to your svādyāya, your spiritual growth, self-development and self-knowledge.  We ask that you keep this commitment to yourself.  It is fascinating to watch what “comes up” once we make a commitment to our expansion; issues start to arise almost the minute we hit the YES button! Please watch carefully and with love as obstacles arise.  With iccha (will) and compassion, most will resolve.

That said, occasionally life events DO intervene requiring a cancellation.  Please let us know ASAP if you must cancel your reservation.  There is usually a waiting list and this will allow others to attend.

We refund your tuition as follows:
60 days before the program: 100% refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.
30 days before the program:   50% refund
There are no refunds within 30 days of the program.
This cancellation policy is strict and firm. We suggest that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect your investment.
Please, do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration from support@thenewdharma.org
