Morning Sadhana

Join Kat and your local Sangha (community) for morning practice. Sun salutations for energy, warrior poses for strength, balancing poses for equanimity, and back bends and hip-openers to take us deep give us the structure for this intelligent 1-hour sequence. We end in Savasana for peaceful and powerful start to your day. 

This class is held in The New Dharma's private yoga studio in Stockbridge, MA.  Advanced notice of your attendance is required.  Please email to register the first time you come and receive directions to the studio.

$10 drop in anytime with first time pre-registration as noted above.
