When your obscuring mental constructs fall away, you automatically see yourself as you really are: a free being of blissful consciousness, playing with your powers of intent, understanding and action.

INTEGRATION

Weekend-format deep dives that provide an immersive environment for you to #becomeayogifirst before considering teacher training.  The integrative curriculum can be taken as a one-off weekend or as a 7 module series, giving you 100 hours of deep, connected practice in yoga, meditation, asana and alignment, Tantrik philosophy, nutrition, self-care and the development of your personal yoga practice. These INTEGRATION weekends are excellent for yoga teachers who have already completed 200 hour teacher certification but feel ungrounded or ineffective as they engage as a yoga instructor. INTEGRATION is also perfect for seekers who think they may want to teach eventually but want to embody deep sadhana first before they take that step.

TEACHER TRAINING

Teacher training, in affiliation with the Yoga Alliance™, is by invitation and application only.  The New Dharma was created, in part, as an antidote to puppy mill yoga teacher trainings, a phenomenon of Modern Postural Yoga where barely-qualified "teachers" are given a teaching certificate just for showing up.  Highly competitive admissions and rigorous curricular requirements assure the highest standards for competence and compassion in TND graduates.
